Shipping Your Flowers to Us
We accept flowers from anywhere in the U.S. - it's ideal that we get them within 3-4 days after your event date to ensure they remain fresh. The fresher the flowers the better they look when preserved.
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with instructions to schedule your drop-off or shipment.
TIP: After your big event, this step can feel overwhelming, so we recommend asking a trusted family member or close friend to handle it for you.

Gather Materials
- Print your Client Intake Form
- Cardboard Box (recommended dimensions 14"x14"x14") you can get bigger if needed
- Packaging paper or peanuts (no bubble wrap/plastic)
- Paper Towels
- Rubber Bands
- Ziplock Bags
- Ice Pack
Flower Prep
- Remove any charms from bouquet
- Cut stems at a diagonal
- Dampen paper towels with water and wrap around the bottoms of your stems
- Slide a plastic bag over stems with paper towels and fasten with rubber bands.
Box Prep
- Place a sealed ice pack wrapped in paper towels at the bottom of the box.
- Nest your bouquet upright with crumpled paper or peanuts to prevent movement. Include photos, charms, and intake form in sealed ziplock bags.
- Label the box clearly: "This End Up — Handle With Care — Fresh Flowers."
Ship to Studio
- Take your box to either UPS or FedEx. UPS and FedEx have cheaper shipping options and are open on the weekends.
